Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your area.

From time to time, Electrabox may offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly indicated on our website or during checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed or sent via SMS so you can monitor your delivery progress.

Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to most urban and suburban areas in South Africa. For rural or out-of-range locations, additional delivery time or fees may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@electrabox.co.za with photos and your order number so we can assist promptly.

Returns
Returns are subject to our Returns Policy. Please note that a R120.00 flat rate return shipping fee applies to all returns.
